Position Title: Cook / Kitchen Staff (Full-Time and Part-Time)
Location: Greenwood Country Club
Reports To: Kitchen Lead / F&B Director

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our Country Club kitchen team. We have both full-time and/or part-time opportunities available for cooks and kitchen staff who are passionate about food, hospitality, and providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory.
• Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, servers, and other team members.
• Help ensure timely and accurate meal service.
• Support kitchen operations during special events, banquets, and member functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
