 Please join us as we celebrate the new Greenwood office location of Crescent Hospice! Since 2011, Crescent Hospice has provided trusted, compassionate care to patients and families across South Carolina. 

Our Greenwood team is proud to serve the community under the medical leadership of Dr. Reid Castellone, MD, Family Healthcare Ninety Six physician and Crescent Hospice Medical Director. 

This event will also be an opportunity for community members and partners to meet the local team, see the office, and learn more about the compassionate hospice care and support provided for Greenwood and surrounding areas!  We are excited to celebrte with everyone!!
