Come out and try our demo course on February 24, 2025 from 12:00-1:15pm. At this time we will discuss the expectations of this course and verify qualifications of each participant. After this point, students will be enrolled for the official Mindful Mondays: Eat Smart Be Active (ESBA) Nutrition Education class that will be ongoing twice a month until May of 2025. MAXIMUM OF 20 PARTICIPANTS
